Sid Krofft, a puppeteer turned producer of beloved children's programs such as "H.R. Pufnstuf" and "Land of the Lost," has died. He was 96. Sid and Marty Krofft made all sorts of kids programs back in the 1960s and 1970s. I watched all of them when I was a kid.
